Hmm, 10 years ago when I enlisted, mobile phones were a luxury,
hardly anyone owes one, at least those who were of recruit age.
Everyone rushed to make phone calls using public phones after the
last parade. But I heard the rules have relaxed a lot, mobile
phones are a norm now, should be ok.
Better to wait till for those from the recent batches to
reply...
