i heard of 1 story abit not related...my friend from combat medic course got a friend. He was formerly a 2nd LT from SIR . He punch a malay private (who is under him). This cause him his rank, he demoted to private n sent to cmc course

Regulars are people too.
They may slack/don't perform/keng/make mistakes.
In such a case, what's wrong with arguing with them?
So long as you keep your cool and don't blast vulgarities, it's very difficult to say it's insubordination especially if the Regulars were slacking etc...
