Because Confinement is cut short since Enlistment days are now
limited to end of weeks.
This is mainly because of budget.
Per enlistee is entitled 2 ppl to come.
But everytime they always bring 5-6-7 ppl, grandma, grandpa,
girlfriend, etc etc.
SAF got to pay $7.5 per person for ferry and $3.5 per person for
SMRT Bus.
When BMTC tried to be strict on the 2-ppl rule, the next thing they
got is a wave of complains like, "Grandma old already travel all
the way to Pasir Ris, then not allowed to board SMRT Bus, how can
you do that?"
