How to review Pes status before enlist?

Asking for a fren.. In poly now, enlist for NS soon.

He got over 1000 degree eyesight and a little bit colour blind, certify with specialist letter already. The MO give him Pes B.

But he has a fren only 500 degree eyesight and astigmatism, got Pes C.

How come? Got way to request for review? Not fair right?

your frend with 500 myopia might not be the only problem.

i 250 degree eyesight with astigmatism still tio pes A.. anyway.. myopia hardly play a part in determine the pes status.. Laughing

i heard a guy in cmpb get pes C cos his eyesight is 850 degrees .
