the problem with the new system is that u have to pull the personel info from the old camp and sometimes it take ages to do it.

extend the ns time from 2yrs 2 4yrs
n shorten the nsmen period from 10yrs 2 3yrs

4yrs & all guys will most prolly be marrying late & working under lady-bosses, falling way behind. 2yrs still acceptable, no more than that. NSmen serving time shld be 35 yrs old to MR coz by the time there'd be more of life's problems surfacing... they will have more time & energy to deal with them & one thing less to bother.
