LOL, all of u say until so jia lart sia... But why is it call 1206?

Mvbloke SG

You are posted to : SUP&TPT CENTRE.

Your vocation is : SUP SUPVR.

Your are to report to: Sembawang Camp.

You are not required to bring along the SAF issued items given during BMT, except for PT Kit.

Sup = Supply?
Supvr = Supervisor ?

LOL, how can i be a supervisor ? Im just a private.

I tried calling the unit, but their line was engaged, you guys know if this is stay in or stay out camp ?

Please please.

BonJovi SG

ur job is to sign 1206 Laughing

mhcampboy SG

When you graduate from the course, you will be a 3SG.

Course normally 8 to 5. So stay out.

But depends also...

Mvbloke SG

What is to sign 1206 ?

tarutaru SG

why worry u'll know on monday surely they'll let your go through some course.

Mvbloke SG

LOL

I thought it's a non-combat vocation ?

MO wrote a recomendation for me for non-combat vocation.

What matter now is, do i need to stay in, i live damn near there lah!

How can i be a 3sgt when im just a "storeman" Aha

So what exactly does that SUPVR means ?

LazerLordz SG

Supply Supervisor is a non-combat Specialist course. Graduates may become CQMS or Store ICs. Rank will most likely be 3SG.

mhcampboy SG

it means supervisor which means 3SG!! Rolling Eyes

Mvbloke SG

Then how long is the course? And sorry, pardon me for my noobness, what is CQMS?

BonJovi SG

4 months long. CQMS is COMPANY QUARTERMASTER SERGEANT. Course is stay out but after, it will haf to depend on where u r posted to. A lousy vocation i haf to say, alot of sai and arrows here and there. And pls, dun expect pple in the unit to respect/fear u like u fear the sgts in bmtc.

LazerLordz SG

Unless he gets posted back to BMTC . Laughing

Mvbloke SG

But what is the criteria of passing the course, i cant pass my ippt!

I cant jump, because i got back problem!

Is ippt a criteria to pass to become 3sgt ?

Marco_Simone SG

U must be thinking sgts only can come out from sispec...(very obvious u r a newbie in SAF)

I am a technician and I am 3SG...no wait...3SG(NS)

Marco_Simone SG

I didnt even take IPPT when I ORD...

Mvbloke SG

So even if i fail my ippt, i might be still able to become a 3sgt lah ?

Marco_Simone SG

as long u dun fail the course,u will become 3sg

Happy right can become sgt?

mhcampboy SG

There will be even obese people ard u.. dun worry...

its just a course.. mostly theory... nuhtin physical... except outfields..

Mvbloke SG

Ehhh, u mean obese people as a sup supvr ? LOL

Then they become 3sgt ? No offence.. well..ehh okay.. haha.

OUTFEILD!!!!!!! WHY!!!!! how come got ? tot already non combat.. go outfield do si mi lan ?

mhcampboy SG

u take care of stores... so during war.... u stay in office izzit?

combat troops no need to be resupplied ar?

LazerLordz SG

I'm 3SG(NS). PES C9L2. Never took IPPT in my active days. I'm an Armt Spec.

Don't believe when they say that SISPEC is the only place that you can go to be a 3SG.
