let me tell you 1 thing about 41SAR.
the CO will tell you during a speech that for all your effort, you
will all have 5 days off. after that he will turn around, and tell
the S1 that nobody is allowed to have more than 2 days.
and then begins the creative process whereby the officers have to
make up reasons why your 5 off days turned into 2 days, or maybe
even 0.
and this CO just came in this year, so he's going to be around till
just before you ORD.
