Thanks! i am back liao! Luckily didn't get charged as they
acknowledged that their system and www.ns.sg is less than
efficient.
But it should be alright now that the new Chief Clerk and her staff
have taken over from the 2 NSFs who previously have been handling
the NSmen matters.
