my personal gripe
- system too troublesome to use
- more time should be spent on maintenance and teaching new
technicians, rather than endless parades, WITS show, PRIDE show
blah blah blah....waste of time
- an unnnecessarily large middle bureaucracy
- officers/officer cadets dont go through a few weeks or months as
technicians
