Don't be fool by them. A self-employed earning $10K a month will
not have his income source cut-off just because he is not in his
office. He can still operate with his mobile phone. If his job can
be taken over by another person easily, then it will not be worth
$10K. So, technically, they draw LCP pay for ICT, but his other
income source will still continue to come in.
