Good question.
But my Gore-tex was nearly sold in Beach Road.
The jacket only became an issue item after I enlisted, but my CQMS
try to hide this fact from us.
It was during when CO see how come the company permstaff all
drenched in the rain and he asked why we haven't draw our
jacket.
We look at him puzzled, "i thought for regulars only?"
CO then checked with S4, QM and RQ. Turn out a few CQMS were just
too plain lazy to draw it for us.
