n maybe also the allowance should be propotionate to your working
days. Eg means for everyday u r on MC or attn C, your pay will be
reduced. so then less people will keng MC, especially those keng
very long MC n keep extending their MCs one.
then like this everybody will be satisfied, ie. the combat NSFs
won't be jealous of those storemans n clerks. Coz i know
some combat NSFs feel unfair that the stay out clerks get almost
the same pay as them...
