mhcampboy SG no worries. go bmtc doesnt mean you will become a commander. during the express interest talk, just opt for an option which says you die die do not want to be a commander. you die die dun wan to go to sispec. and you die die dun wan to go to OCS.

LazerLordz SG that's what I did, and for the few of us who got OOCed and downgraded, we ended up as Specs and the majority of my BMT Coy, ended up as men.
KenPlus SG But i dunno leh usually those pp who want to go OCS will not .while those who dun want to go end up in leh (excluding cases of regulars )
Ristar SG yes. i know a LCP who has a degree, another is a CPL with straight As for A level. not to mention, a CPL (NS) clerk who had a masters. so, just tick the "Not interested to be a commander", and u wont get it.
