it have been a few months after the introduction of the new
dress accessories. but from my observation, seems like only Army
people are only wearing them, Navy and Air Force people are not
required to do so, cos i never see any of them wearing the vocation
pin on their collar.
so if let say an occasion requires them to wear no.4, does that
mean that they can wear their old uniform with camou name tag, no
singapore and formation patch?
