morale of the story is: apply for deferrment. If he has applied
for deferrment, none of this will happen, some more he has good
reasons - start work in new company.
He want to get free leave and get paid and scarly now ICT
cancelled, hor seh liao...his leave and plans all disrupted.
All sorts of reasons can lead to ICT being cancelled, maybe the
unit CO who happened to be a tua-kee person have something on,
maybe not enough ppl to report for ICT bcos whole lot of them
deferred, also maybe ICT planned for Thailand and now with coup and
the Thai so DL with us, better not go.....the list goes on....
