Anyone knows the army commands?

I seem to forgotten everything after a year.. esp arms drill and I need to give them when I go back to serve my remaining months.. anyone can help?

i supposed to say,
platoon, sedi-a,
keluar baris?

I thought that supposed to be another command before keluar baris...

anyway, for clearing arms,

i supposed to say,
guards, sedi-a,
rusuk senjata,
un-tuk di periksa,
lepaskan spring
iszzit?

den after finished checking, i should say,
keluar baris?
or are there commands before that...

my already short-term memory getting worse.. die...

For M16 i believe we all should know, how about SAR21? are the commands still the same?

Let's say we go back for reservist SAR21 ATP, clear arms, etc commands? Mr. Green
