I am an NSman, and I heard that there is a Higher Learning
scheme or something like that, where even if u fail ur IPPT, u need
not go for RT? is it true?
I am asking this question because I remember the encik at Maju Camp
told us this, and seeing that I had failed my IPPT, i want to take
for the new work year, but when I go to the NS.portal to try to
register for IPPT, it just brings me to a screen to book a date for
RT. What should I do?
