Overhead Weopons System

There's this article on cyberpioneer that mentions a Overhead Weopons System (OWS). Any idea what it is?

Here's the hyperlink : http://www.mindef.gov.sg/imindef/publications/cyberpioneer/news/2006/September/19sep06_news.html

I suppose that means the M113 Ultra Bushmaster gun

Our 25mm is also known as the bushmaster, made by boeing. Laughing

I believe the OWS has thermal imaging capabilities.
