The tekan i cannot tahan most is...

newbies do more duties than oldbies.

then you later on realise oldbies don't seem to be doing any duties at all.

then for some reason newbies are always seen in camp during weekends.

then any man remedial training the newbies commanders seems to need to stay back..

oldbies already changed, bathed and in orchard with gf liao.

And after one ORD, normally u'll use this during or thru out ur working life. Tekan new employees or someone lower in position than u Evil or Very Mad I have one manager who loves tekan ppl. Coz he last time NSF time is a instructor in a BMT sch. And his brothers all super high flyer: RSM, Doctor......... Shocked Su_cks!
