try having tt for 2 yrs...haha...bmt is nothing.
when others dun like u, there may not haf to be a reason for it...
advice for ppl who kena this kind of shit...go see psychiatrist if u can't take it...
few ppl survive such things... seen very tough ppl being outcast-ed... in the end all go see psychistrist or downgrade... at least they out of tt place...

most pathetic are those who dun even noe they r being ostracised n think everyone ard is their friend

when i jus posted to my unit, my peers suspected i was an undercover cos i was too 'on the ball'. we had a good laugh after they realised they tink too much. hilarious! Laughing

undercovers r not only send to training schs. they r send to all units to take note of ill-treatment cases, abuse of authorities, breach of safety, etc..

I had personally witnessed ppl who were outcast.

Normally, there will be bullies in a company. They will want to "keng" and want other ppl to do THEIR job.

If a guy do not want to do the kengsters job, the kengsters will get together to bully the poor guy. Other ppl will just look on and some will join in the bullying 'cos they themselves do not want to be bullied. In the end the poor bloke will be ostracised.

in my BMT days, the kengsters got hantam-ed silly by the "bystanders" because they placed us in jeopardy.

Ha ha! That depends on whether the kengsters have influential backgrounds or not.

If they have, they can bully ppl but ppl cannot do likewise. Even the Enciks and officers will PRETEND not to know that bullying exists.

In my case, the bystanders and the bullied, were in a far more influential position and thats how those bullies backed down quietly after a while.
