What are your views on Singaporean men seeking mail order brides from third world countries such as philipines and china ? My peers who are single rationalise this from a demand and supply point of view , it is cheaper to date and buy a wife from overseas who an do housework , young , vigins, innocent and have little personal opinion . Beig a woman , I really feel shocked ... Is this all a man wants in a wife ? A sex toy cum housemaid ?

Maybe I wish to clairfy ; the mail order bride is not the traditional type where you just buy through an agent . Rather proactively going to the women's country of origin to pick up bargains . The guy wants 10s , in Singapore he can only get 4s . In foreign county he can date 10s... Pure arbitrage . He dates the women over a period of time together with a translation tool at hand . I just feel this borders on exploitation of women and yet the women are willing parties . This is the part I am unable to really understand but I guess it's just a sad materialistic world we live in .
