My CSM, well, I am proud to call him Boss and friend.
I hope he managed to seek out his dreams and fulfil it. We used to
just talk about life when we had those long dispatch routes to
STK.
In my base, two extremes exist. And usually, the PS or the PWO (
usually a 1WO) is the man we all usually approach if we have work
problems, so that mistakes are avoided.
It's about communication. Many soldiers fear going to their boss
because they fear unfair punishment. This is true for many units
that my friends come from. For me, I guess I'm lucky..
