Some of the items are more tasty than others.

But can get constipation if eat too much. Laughing

Been so many years since I last touched one, over 7 years ago. What’s the menu like today? I always remember the food is crap but the dessert is something to save for.

Kenashi SG

their taste bugs must be spoilt Laughing
still cannot make it, last time the dessert at least can make it.
now yucks Neutral

Gordonator SG

they compliment it because the food was warmed up with oil and seasoning added when they tasted it. Laughing

i dare them to eat it after being crumbled inside the field pack and leave in the cold for days.

Aveme SG

dun bother lah,the only good thing to eat outfield now is the hot maggi mee meal.

Used to have that old glutinous rice which i liked and always ate that, now that is gone, rest of the new "flavors"MRE really CMI.

ditzy SG

I rather eat the maggie mee dry and uncooked. Laughing

pwnz0r SG

What's the new MRE like? Man, so much has changed. I thought at least some of the stuff are good. Guess not.

Anyway, lucky I in Armour - no one eats combat rations. Mr. Green

wonderamazement SG

Eat it like Mamee Laughing

Kenashi SG

got a few pasta, the only edible thing in the pasta i ate is the hotdogs Laughing

nanren4ever SG

yeah, the pasta cannot make it.

I remember during field camp, our sergeant try 2 force us 2 eat the ready-to-eat meals, say we need the energy. But most of us just eat the Khoon Guan biscuit.

gaoxingdcf SG

Fatum SG

Gordonator SG

jianfish9 SG

What type of food critics are they...

oxford mushroom SG

Haven’t tried these new-fangled meals….always ate dog biscuits in the field but the cadbury chocalates we had in those days were good.

snk86 SG

i miss the old dessert, the new one really really cannot make it......

and no, i am from armour and i still gotta eat green packs since our M113 can only put so much can tuna, fruit, ba teng, and we cannot cook maggi mee.......

gosh i miss black pepper chicken pasta, which %^&*() took it out

pwnz0r SG

Issit?? No enough place meh.. We bring bunsen burner, and frying pan to cook our eggs to eat with our mee leh.. More than enough space for rambutan and logan, and my fave chocolate bread.

Last time got this instant rice.. like seafood fried rice, just add water wait few minute can eat liao. That one our fave.

fudgester SG

I never liked the rice meals - they would crystallise and taste really, really weird.

The only rice meals that I liked was the glutinous rice - but only when heated up.

Otherwise I would survive primarily on the hard dog biscuits and my own Uncle Toby's bars out in the field.

Needless to say, for me outfield was synonymous with weight-loss program. Laughing
