Just to add on Hellraiza's comments, which I find very
timely.
Most officers I talked to in the past, didn't have any idea about
the sheer length and breadth of military tactics and warfare policy
websites and discussion forums around the world.
Most of what local military enthusiasts know about the SAF are
taken from foreign defense contractor press releases, JANES/related
military hardware journals, defence policy institute papers, media
and information departments of foreign armies that the SAF engages
in bilateral or multilateral exercises with.
So rest assured, most of us will know what is public, or not
public. ST news release is bo-pak-kay one. Some of the equipment we
own, were already released and discussed by international observers
in the public domain in their official capacity before the ST even
comes in with their tamed story.
However, for those who are unsure, ask before you post. If you find
that you feel something's amiss, DO NOT POST.
Thank you.
