heh...field camps are the best topics nxt time if u wanna tell
your grandchildren or friends that have not gone thru NS.. frankly
speaking, field camp is nth to be afraid of (think of it as camping
outdoors), just do wad ur instructors tell you to do, follow all
field camp disipline, as for the skin condition, the earlier you
let your instructors know, the better.
Field camp is all about learning your IFC a.k.a Individual Field
Craft. It teachs you how to adapt to war time conditions outfield,
how to comouflage, how to survive in the jungle and how to perform
basic recon and basic topography. Also teaches you fire movement,
jungle movement / disipline etc etc..
Overall no fieldcamp is the same, as each person has a different
story to tell (save for the common story abt the instructor
"torturing" them). So its best to experience it yourself. For no
story is better then your our field camp experience..
