If I am not mistaken, it could be the names of the "Dedicated
Crew Chiefs"
In my opinion, the most important people .... those who take care
of the plane.
Without them, the plane is just a hunk of junk on the ground...
pilot or no pilot.
That just from my limited understanding of the air force.
However, most "Dedicated Crew Chiefs" are way more senior than a
3SG and 2SG.
So maybe the pic is doctored.
