The rubber would have hardened till they don't take bumps or grip anymore. Tires have a serviceable life of 3-4 years max

ditzy SG Its not about the mileage, whether you drive or not, rubber will deteriorate with age. It hardens and won't grip, imagine your tires as hard as bricks.In comparison, I hit 25K in 11 months.
