It is against store policy to purchase in pint, and eat in
store.

My apologies for the experience you had at our Novena outlet. Our
manager should have composed himself and approached you politely.
I'm sorry that he didn't and will ensure that this doesn't happen
again.
With respect to the pint, it is our store policy that pints are not
to be consumed in the store. The pint is priced lower because it is
meant to be taken away. This is written on our menu
board.
If all our customers buys pints and consumes them in-store, we
would make a loss and have to close our shop. Granted, not all
customers will do that, but we have to advise our customers if they
do, because if one customers starts, other customers will see and
we will have more of such situations in the
future.
With regards to the price of the pint, we use lots of genuine
ingredients, and that is reflected in price.
