Often that not, CPLs are given appointments of specialists, like
some are made Safety specialists.
Like me for example, a CPL given appointment of Ops Specs but when
it comes to decision making, I can't. I wonder if appointments like
that are appropriate as when the need arises, I can't make (maybe
not even taught to make) on-the-sport decision.
Hence I would like the question how big differences are there
between CPL, CFC and 3SG.
