Pay for WOs

[email protected] SG

I dun know. Been through army long enough to know better. You dare to say that most WO not lowly educated. Dare to say that they can anytime quit their job and find a better paying jobs elsewhere. If you dare, i say sorry to all the WOs. Evil or Very Mad

Most of the WOs that are in my NS unit are doing or have done their further studies and graduated with diplomas... Me think it's very inapporpriate to undermine them with your groundless statements, overcasting all WOs as useless and overpaid people in the Armed Forces...

ah-soh SG

Yes some WOs might not be highly educated and some WOs might have f-up attitude but I have seen WOs with excellent professional skills and performances.

really unfair to make such sweeping statements lar. after all, those are ppl who’ve dedicated their lives to the saf till they’re 55. indeed, there are some of them who are quite scrweed up…people who drink, hang out at the spec. mess all day and drive off at 3pm, but there are also a LARGE group of them who are dedicated and cmtted to their job…

WOs are like the glue in the saw dust. They are the ones who bond the enlisted and the officers. Personally, I had a chance (fortunate or not) to see a NSF walk away from an officer while the officer is screwing him, but when the WO talk to him, he was receptive.WOs are really fatherly figures, stern and strict but they do care about the very welfare of the troops

monoslayer SG

lucky din asked to sign. jus kena a scolding only.. in fact i have nv kena extras in my ns! Very Happy

gUms SG

haha , most officers i know of , only know how to shoot down e-mail , kena tons of it during Nsf time , but its not fair to judge all of them , cos some are really nice , but i respect de Wo cos they dont shoot e-mail down behind u , but shoot u from infront-
