In this month's Pioneer magazine, there's a short article about
new Army RSM taking over.
But i noticed they called it Sergeant Major of the Army, instead of
the old "Army Regimental Sergeant Major (Army RSM)".
I think there was a thread somewhere, about Corporal First Class,
and some forummer mentioned about SAF following the US Army about
the new name.
When i read Pioneer, i was shocked that SAF really used the new
term.
"Sergeant Major of the Army."
What you guys think of it? In my opinion i think SAF really
following US Army too much already. What with the new uniform
badges and all.
Who knows, next time they might invert all the chevrons for
Sergeants and follow US Army style. (as in our three stripes are
pointing down, and US is pointing up.)
