Solid it man. Now just need to find the remaining bit.

firewizard SG

orang yang di sebelah kanan diam, nombor gangil ka kanan nobor genap ka kiri barisan kakana dan ke kiri pu sing

Jadikan tiga barisan chepat jalan

gd4u SG

Nah, I think there is another similar version (marchpast, right?)

Baris, akan bejalan lalu, ber turut turut, kawalan kerhormatan dahulu, bergerak ke kanan, ke kana, pu sing

But my favourite is this ...

Akan mara untuk, diperhatikan, semula, Dari tengah cepat jalan

hisoka SG

no one does drills in war anyway.

drills are basically useless in war. like marching in the same step with synched arms is important when no one is supposed to see you. not to mention the various methods of turning and what not

^tamago^ SG

true true.... was hoping to invoke some response on why it's not in english or chinese... Laughing

ipjh79 SG

y no one remember tuka?i remember last time kena tu-ka until legs numb…

bendito.L SG

like i said in another post
we shld have our commands in english like the US military
very smart and precise
Cool

gd4u SG

UYOs have capped the limit to 3 to 5 times ... but no one really cares ... and it really defeats the purpose of tu-ka ... but the army also dun have such limits, righ ??

gd4u SG

I will prefer 'Hormat Senja Ta' anytime over "Present Arms' ...

stellazio SG

what is the goh command to prepare to fire ar?

flash9933 SG

Does SAF teaches funeral drill command? ... somsang senjata ..

lamo SG

kawalan kehomatan, akan tembah, full de joa, isikan lari!......hormat!......tembak!

gd4u SG

I think only SAFPU ?? SOunds wrong to get every soldier to learn such commands ...

ur command is the one, where they turn over their rifles and the muzzle rests on the floor one right ???

insouciant SG

Reason the commands are in Malay because the national language is Malay.

Before people jump on me, if I am correct, the national language of Singapore is Malay. While the language of administration is English. Something to do with our heritage.

As for drill, I never really enjoyed it too. Most hated word was "semulah!" Mad

But drill is suppose to teach discipline and teamwork. We certainly are not gonna do a "sedi-ya" on the battlefield. Very Happy

stellazio SG

what is UYO?

Deunamist SG

uniformed youth organisations.

insouciant SG

Its so said that they couldn't come up with a malay phrase instead of"feu de joa" which is... french? Confused

gd4u SG

Then, wat abt

"Hormat, Speaker of Parliament, Hormat Senja ta ????

acwire_2125 SG

Eh, I think that if ou are in a uniform group, NPCC definitely has the most number of commands.

You guys forgot Baton drill. It is done in Senandiri position.

Keluangkang Chong tah rehatkandiri.

There's also the Flag drill which I am not very sure.

Is it Hormat Panji paji? Very Happy

technoboy SG

Hahaha! Brings back the memories... The days when I was in NPCC!

Learnt all sorts of commands from normal marching, baton drills, rifle to the flag ones...

Been few months in poly now I cant remember much! Laughing

nanren4ever SG
