diseases together. I was just merely stating the fact that every
country no matter how "perfect" has it's own
problems.
You mentioned that Mosquitos are breed in hot and humid
weathers, they are everywhere in the world. What i was trying to
point out was, as a "1st" world nation why are there problems like
that ? Shouldn't the govt step in to control it more ? That problem
has been around since the 80s. It didn't just happened couple of
years ago.
The word epidemic wasn't used on their news. It was actually on
CNN news. And all these talk about their biz men taking a piss with
the oil, we too had our fair share of corupt too. Hmm, top two
Officials from CMB and SCDF taking bribes in form of Sex.
Couple of days ago, another director in the SCDF is in court and
might face life in prison for 2 iPads ? I am not saying Taiwan is
all perfect, every country has it's downside.

bad things about every country, you talked all the good thing about
taiwan, and when a not so good thing is mentioned, you defend it
with the many bad things in Singapore. hmmm....
try listen to 新闻龙卷风， 台湾中天亚洲台， when they said things like
“新加坡国家环境局人员在居民不在家时，可擅自用万能锁开大门，入内搜查是否有伊蚊滋生”，you should ask yourself
if you should come home and see for yourself what happens here, or
listen to what was reported in some of their news.
Last time when I visit Taiwan, I would quickly turn on 台视华视，and
listen to 张惠妹周杰伦，watch 菲哥乃哥。Now, all of them in 内陆了, after ah ken,
纳豆,洪都拉斯,陈汉炳 taiwan 没人了。
Today 日月光事件 is another big news. you want to find a similar
comparison in Singapore?
