juzernie SG quite unlikely since it is stated rtl s&t/mes before nspc. but than again, you might be right since saf is the only organisation which i had ever stepped into to have so many abbreviations. gawd... i remember my first day when i had to consult this special dictionary on mindef intranet for most of the paper work. haha...
LazerLordz SG Holding List with priority for Return To Liability under HQ Supply & Transport/Maintenance Engineering and Support. That's my guess.. Interestingly, I'm under NSPC, and was in the MES Formation, but no RTL for me.
