you reminded me very much of myself when i enlisted for NS. i was also slow in picking up foot drills. Wink

don't worry, this is what u can do. when falling in, don't stand at the the 1st or last row, stand in between the file. so when doing foot drills, u just monkey see monkey do loh. and slowing pick up from there. somemore standing in between means your sergeants won't get to spot u so easily.

during your free time, ask your bunk mates what are the commonly used commands and write it down, with 10 people in a section surely someone will be able to help. if 1 don't know just ask the another.

another thing why does my ankle n shin gimme prob after 2 weeks confinement? my ankle n shin hurts when running expecially with boots... is it boots prob??

another thing is wad if yr boots is abit lose n u cant change liao since u use it? is it ok to wear two socks?

for me what i did was i bought those athletic insoles. so when i wear my boots, it's like wearing nike air shoes.. v comfortable. Wink

I can tell u that I took more than 1 month to learn everything. The trick is, don't stand in the first row. Stand in the middle or last row, and watch and learn from the person next to u. So that if wrong, at least 2 person kenna f mah, not 1 only...

I got another solution, that is, to ask ur buddy to teach u the drills during ur rest period. I know its ur rest time, and u are shagged out liao, but hey, u should get all the x'tra help u can. I ask my section mate to train me up, and after a while, i got the hang of it liao, i no longer kenna f'ed.

wad is it called in sport shops? atheltic insoles? is there any where covinent i can by besides sport shops? cause my bookout time i just wana take a fking rest at home

i bought these. they are thicker than the ones provided by the SAF. for route marches, i combine the saf one with these. makes the fit better. and i dare say i NEVER kena any blisters from route marches (32km).
bought them at orchard taka.
