I got a Military Driving License (Class 3 and 4) which means I
can drive everything from landrover to 5ton but because I am not
Driver Vocation, I can't clock that 7000Km required. Why can't
Military license be used for both Military and Civ vehicles.
Which means I must go through all the hassle to taking the driving
lessons again and take the civilian license. Although cheaper, its
also cost at least $500. And is so troublesome. Must take off, so
waste.
If I can drive 3ton, I don't see why I can't drive a civilian car
safely? Now civilian car got power steering, ABS and all the bells
and whistles. Why can't I be qualified to drive a Civilian car if I
am able to drive a class4 vehicle.
Isit the silly bueracracy or that the SAF dun want to be
responsible for any civilian accident. If that is the case, I
should not be able to drive a 3ton safely at all.
