depends on what you mean by early release...
if you are sick of army already and want to quit, you have to first
meet your MTE (term of engagement).
after meeting that than you can quit on 3 month notice.
Otherwise, you just do anything that frustrates the contract with
SAF.
eg, downgrade till you cannot carry on the vocation you sign on
for,
numerous disciplinary action,
etc etc
