Assigned to Vocational Unit without going thru BMT

Yup guys, my nephew is the one being assigned to a Naval unit on the 2nd day of his NS without going thru BMT. Btw he is PES E & i know the norm PES E BMT is 1 week.

His is mono intake. Anyone knows how & why the SAF is doing this to my nephew advantage... Neutral me curious not jealous for i already had my PES E downgrade 8 mths b4 my ORD.

Thats not mono intake. Thats is just posting order. Basically he will be a clerk.
Why SAF is doing that? Because your nephew is PES E thats y...

Yah normally i know of my camp mates those PES E attended the 1 week BMT ever since thier PES E status given to them during thier check up.

But the question is why do they assign them to vocation instead of going thru BMT for the 1st & 2nd day... Mr. Green

Wat are the factors SAF decides to post them in this manner.

The factors lies to the health conditions that your nephew has. My campmate has fits. He didnt go to any BMT. He str8away posted to my camp.

So yeah... your nephew medical condition shld be one of the major factor..

perhaps the unit lack manpower now. and anyway the 1 week BMT really make no different whether he attend it or not.

That is actually the norm for PES E. More PES E(s) directly report to cmpb on than first day than actually go through the 5 days BMTC program.

His NSF life will seem alot longer though because he don't have BMT as a buffer. Twisted Evil
