i did mine when i was in sec 4 , the nurse came and checked my
bp , 160 , I wad damned nervous .
go see family doctor , also hi bp .
later go polyclinic check blood , urine
no problems go hospital do the 24 hour BP measurement
damned uncomfortable , my skin very reddish .
it's so itchy that I scratch it like siao .
this are my results

average BP 127

normal , but i scared during NS checkup , they aske me do again

I so scare my skin will rot , cannot bathe sia . the expirence sux

Everytime the doc prepare to measure my BP , iwil get nervous

pls help , anyway to make me no so nervous ?
anyway the cardiologist asked me to bring this during NS medical
test .
Any MO knows if my BP this time very high , do need to redo the
test or dun need ?
