Actually, it's quite ironic in that we boast to be so automated,
but still can't pick up these little snafus.
Perhaps its because we are so automated that these things happen.
No one actually sits down and review if all these automated
processes are logical.
Same irony applies to the hard working section 2i/c who will only
get LCP despite his heavier responsibility in more stressful
situations versus the clerk who sits in the office filing paperwork
who will get corporal becuase of his "education".
