Aiyah, although the F18s and MIG29s are not totally useless, but the word is that they are often not all operational due to "maintainence issues".

But at the end of the day... Lets face it, he's a old guy realizing that he is not the centre of attention anymore with more with no power and desperately trying to get people to notice him.
