I was assigned this appointment and my coy admin spec didnt even noe wat is tat.

So durin recallin 1 guy nv come i kena 1 extra?

50 ppl nv come i kena 50 extras?

you are alot of things to be done before your unit on recall
better check with your boss to avoid any confusion

i got no upper study fpr it. And they expect me to do my job properly

no papers no documents no instructions.

no nominal roll no name list no NOTHING!!!!

And they expect me to perform when the time comes?

Best thing to do now is to

1) Tell your CSM/officer that you have not been taught how to perform your duties. Best is to request for PC interview so everything is official!

2) ask your PS for instruction.

By doing this, you are effectively deflecting BS away from you. Your PS will now be responsible as well since he knows you have no idea how to do your job. More importantly, he is probably junior enough to be a scapegoat.

I dub this the 'poison pill' or the 'I die, you Die' defence. Smile

Go and work out the details with your CSM, Admin Spec and look for your S3 Br ppl if you are not sure about your job.

yes everybody knows recalling v important. but the prob u see, is that his superiors like boh chup like dat. so just tell boss that u don't know how to do it, and see what he says. make ur prob his prob as well. sounds asshole rite? but this is the saf we are talking about.
