minimalis SG Officially the term to address them is Inche and not Encik as contrary to what most people spell it as. Accordingly to my Malay friend he says that this is an older colloquial term for respecting an elder. This comes from the amendment in the GOM (General Orders of Mindef) circular that is circulated via Intranet.
KenPlus SG I just greet him as sir But usually when he is coming,everyone in the workshop will disappear cause nothing good when he came.Usually he is asking for pp to do guard duty due to some guy being sick and the standby guard MIA.
