This is what happens when you ask your men to return an item
which they did not sign out, and naturally, they would not want to
put their name for something they did not draw.
Get back to the store, ensure the item is in working condition,and
if you signed it out, and cannot sign it back in for one reason or
another, tell your men to sign F.(your name and rank).
Can't have the poor chap bo bian, and then he goes and forge again
right?
*some items need a 3SG and above to sign in and out, and ammo
requires 2SG and above.
