All the more reason to report sick again and get the MO to give
you a urine and blood test for diabetes.
Even if it isn't diabetes, urinary incontinence can get in the way
of your duties, as you yourself have experienced.
It's nothing to be ashamed of; I used to have it in the past. Visit
your MO quickly.
