I've seen that before, it's actually damn stupid, those idiots can't tell what a high school diploma is..

CDO will go thru the following: (May be old info, since the NS period is now 2 years instead of 2.5 years)
1. BMT ~ 3 mths
2. BCT (Basic CDO training) ~ 3 mths
3. Vocational Course ~ 3 mths
a. Leaders
b. Snipers
c. Demo & Boatman
d. Medic
e. Signaler
f. Weapon
4. BAC (Basic Airborne Course) ~ 2/3 weeks
5. BOT (Basic Ops Training) ~ 2 mths

And then, after all that crap, then the best 10 - 13 of the Leaders' course will go to OCS... Long long process man..

With so many "incidents" recently and GSI breathing down their necks, who dares to do anything now? Rolling Eyes How it pains me to see OCS standards dropping.... Sad
