normal if u had been using the fone for abt a year
time to change fone or get a new batt
if the fone is new, bring it to service centre, probably batt
faulty or mboard faulty
if the fone is not old not new, probably too many apps running
in the background
uninstall useless and not frequently used apps
or just factory reset it
