for the lady part...basically the gals are required to book out
with white shirt n black skirt with pump shoe and u are strictly to
behave like a lady in tis attire (no big movement... different
selangdiri (hmm sry cant spell) position when falling in to carry
urself like a woman).... go through a 2days grooming workshop after
bmt which will teach u make-up, dressing, dining, etc (no
kidding...n seriously quite interesting)...plus the fact tat since
gals are rare in the army.... somehow u will tend/try to conduct
urself better as everyone is watching...the onli difference between
a cv n army gal may only be the fact tat she can bath faster n eat
faster lol...everything else, u will still appear as jus the gal
next door 
Clean fatigue = only no4 uniform n boots without sbo n helmet
soc stations to clear = run to 1st station, jump over low log with
bard wire, low rope, jump over another log, swinging bridge,
window, jacob's ladder, run to end point
hmmm seriously for the 'scary' stuff...u will learn to overcome n
forget them
