When i was still an NSF,not really interested in offs,cause it
is unpredictable,even given ,may be taken away and subjected to
approval by superior.
On the other hand,if the allowances is much higher,for instance
able to follow the market rate of the education level of the NSF as
well as performances should be much better loh,cause money make the
world goes round,and a chinese saying "you qian neng shi gui dui
mo"(money can given bribe the ghosts away)So for me,if the
allowances is gd,i am more willing to work hard.
i think most NSFs will just perform on average,not too hardworking
as more work will be given,and not too lousy as punishment might be
given loh.
