Heard from my2SG need to drop a lot of blood every year and the medics ani hw poke the needle.

if u do get back from overseas trips or exercises...guaranteed need to go blood test for HIV...other than that..dont draw..

my unit last time everybody scare to donate blood. encik says those who donated 1 bag of bllod gets 1 day off. response was good. Laughing
